We recently had a customer who had a Paper Machine Dryer Can with a gouge that was marking their sheet and effecting their production and quality. They only had a few options.

1) Change out the dryer (minimum 24 hour job plus the cost of the can, big big bucks$$$)

2) Have us brush plate the gouged area with the dryer in place (2-4 hour total)

Needless to say the customer chose to give us a shot at the repair.  Results were very good and the problem is no longer!
